Iberostar Selection Albufera Park All Inclusive, Playa de Muro (Mallorca)

We recently spent a delightful 8-night family holiday, enjoying the friendly atmosphere and various activities available at the hotel. The staff were welcoming, and the beach access was a major plus for us. However, we experienced a concerning issue with food safety, which overshadowed some of our dining experiences. The pools were unheated and chilly, which was disappointing given the weather conditions.

This hotel offers a lovely environment with finely maintained gardens and spacious facilities, making it a great spot for families. While most evenings were enjoyable, our experience was marred by some inconsiderate smoking in areas meant for children, which is concerning. The quick access to the beach and variety of dining options were certainly highlights, though we felt the overall family-friendly policy needs reviewing.
